Hello Undergrads!

The Undergraduate Programs Unit conducts degree audits twice a year to ensure that our students are meeting promotion requirements and to notify you of any missing requirements that you must complete.

We are currently in the process of auditing Year 2 and 4 students. An academic advisor will email you if there is a discrepancy in your audit or if you need to add any credits to your enrolment.

It is your responsibility to make sure you are enrolled in an appropriate course load and completing any required courses in the year that they are assigned.

A few reminders:

  • Students are required to carry a minimum 24.00 credit course load for the Fall/Winter academic year (12.00 credits per term)
  • Core courses must be taken in the year and term in which they are prescribed
  • To be promoted to the next year, students will need to complete a minimum number of credits between September and August:
    • Year 1 – 30.00 credits
    • Year 2 – 60.00 credits
    • Year 3 – 90.00 credits
    • Year 4 – 120.00 credits (Graduation)

If you have any questions about your audit, be sure to book a 1-1 Advising Appointment with an academic advisor.
