Glendon International Club is organizing annual New York Trip 2013! Everyone is welcome to join!

When? February 28 – March 3 (the weekend after the reading week)

Price for York (and Glendon) students: $220
Price for non-York people: $230
The price includes hotel and transportation (meals and activities are at your choice and expense).

Only 55 tickets available. You can purchase your tickets in York Hall C114, Glendon campus(David Ip Yam) after signing a wavier form. You can also choose who you will be staying with in the room! You must purchase your ticket before
February 8, 2013, to secure your space. There are no refunds, however, you may resell the ticket to another student in case you cannot go.

You can pay using cash or PayPal. If you would like to pay with PayPal, please send an email to Aaron Doupe: ADoupe@glendon.yorku.ca. Please indicate in the subject field “New York Trip, PayPal.” Aaron will send you an invoice. You will
be charged extra $5 transaction fee. If you use PayPal, you still need to see David Ip Yam in York Hall C114 to give him your information, sign the waiver form and choose who you will be in the room with. It is your responsibility to
do that, otherwise, you will not be counted as a participant of the trip.

Comfy Coach Canada bus will take us from Glendon campus to NYC on Thursday, Feb 28. We’ll have free time upon arrival and then check in to our hotel in MANHATTAN!

During the trip, you will have an option of following Glendon International Club Coordinator or exploring NYC by yourself!

We will check out on Sunday and go back to Toronto.
