Schulich BBA/iBBA students can now apply for Schulich scholarships, awards and named bursaries through the Student Financial Profile available through York University.

The Student Financial Profile  (SFP) is a multi-purpose online application form used to apply for Schulich Awards, York Undergraduate Bursary, The York Undergraduate Bursary, Work/Study Jobs , CLAY and YES and Research at York (RAY).

Some information that may help you with your application:

  • ‘OSOTF Guidelines Apply’ means you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident and have lived in Ontario for 12 months in a row prior to the beginning of your Schulich degree program and you have also demonstrated financial need in your application or though OSAP.
  • Make sure you indicate which awards you wish to be considered for within the attachment. And if you select an award you want to be considered for that asks for leadership or contributions to the School make sure you speak to that within your personal statement or at least your resume.  
  • Please state your specialization in the first line of your ‘personal statement’
  • If you report zero resources, your application will not be given consideration.
  • If there is a Leadership or Community Service requirement to the award you must expand on this in your application by attaching a personal statement.
  • UG/GR column means this award is open to undergraduate and graduate level students.

HOW TO APPLY FOR THE SCHULICH AWARDS, SCHOLARSHIPS and NAMED BURSARIES:

Complete the Student Financial Profile entirely including personal statement as mentioned. Please make sure you include a complete statement and provide information that is specifically mentioned in the criteria for the award you wish to be considered for.  Attached is a list of the Schulich Awards and Scholarships that are open so you can narrow down which ones are specific to Schulich students only.

DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR SCHULICH AWARDS, SCHOLARSHIPS and NAMED BURSARIES:

The deadline to apply for Schulich Scholarships, Awards and named bursaries is Tuesday October 15, 2019. Out of fairness for everyone who applies by the deadline, we will not be accepting any late applications.

*Only those selected as recipients will be notified via email by February 21, 2020.
