Feeling overwhelmed? It is never too early or too late to learn about strategies that you can use to contribute to academic success. Counselling & Disability Services (CDS) offers learning skills workshops every month to tackle such problems as time management, academic anxiety and stress management, reading and notetaking, study secrets and more.

Be proactive about your academic performance and take advantage of the services available to you. All workshops are held in N240B in the Bennett Centre and registration is not required.

Visit Learning Skills Services at http://lss.info.yorku.ca/workshops for the dates and details of these invaluable workshops.

A listing of monthly workshops is also available at the front desk in the Undergraduate Programs Unit.
