February 2020 Convocation in Absentia

Will you complete your degree requirements in Fall 2019? If so, you can now apply to receive your degree in February 2020.

Am I Eligible?

  • You must have either completed (or be on track to complete) all of your degree requirements by the end of the Fall 2019 term
  • You must not be enrolled in any full-year (6.00 credit) courses
  • You must complete all certificate requirements in addition to degree requirements by the end of Fall 2019 if you are planning to receive a concurrent certificate

How Does It Work?

The conferral date will appear on your transcript in February and diplomas will be available for pick-up at Registrarial Services, Bennett Centre for Student Services, starting March 1, 2020.

There will be no ceremony in February. You will be automatically invited to attend the June ceremony.
