Want to learn how businesses communicate their environmental and social impact—and how to critically evaluate those claims? If you’re a Schulich undergrad entering your third year or beyond, SUST 4400 might be the course that transforms how you see the corporate world.

What’s the Course About?

You’ll explore:

  • The credibility and relevance of corporate sustainability reports

  • How to critically assess corporate claims vs. third-party evaluations
  • This isn’t just theory. You’ll engage in experiential learning, working in teams to evaluate real-world sustainability reports and present your findings. It’s hands-on, thought-provoking, and designed to build both your analytical and communication skills.
