We are seeking a Student Engagement Analyst!

If you’re a BBA student who is technically savvy (you don’t have to be a coder), enjoy networking with your fellow students, and want to support the digital student experience, the Schulich IS&T Department will train you on the OneSchulich platform and keep you busy for up to 35 hours a week over the summer. You’ll be working with the incoming Student Club leaders to provide support for club events and virtual club fairs, fielding questions that come in through our Support channel, liaising directly with CampusGroups on new features, configuring the mobile app user experience, helping with end-user training, and pretty much taking a leadership role as Product Manager on this feature-rich application.

If you’re thinking about a future in Product Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, or you’re not sure what you want to do once you graduate…that’s cool. This multi-faceted job will help you better understand your strengths.

We’re looking for a student who’s a great communicator, is outgoing, is comfortable with technology, and is hungry to learn.

And once the summer’s over, we’ll be extending the job into a part-time paid role through the fall and winter terms.
