The UN Comes to York University:

The Faculty of Environmental Studies and the Office of Sustainability have teamed up to host the 2019 United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals Training on Saturday, March 16 in Vari Hall.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Interact with UN officials, policymakers, and civil society activists who identified, created, and are implementing the Sustainable Development Goals around the world.
• Develop a deeper understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals and be connected with organizations through which you can be the SDG Advocates.
• Receive a certificate of completion.
• Hear a keynote address from Julie Marshall, Canada’s Spokesperson for the World Food Programme.
