Our Global Internship Program is currently looking for INKOMPASS Interns to join our company for the 1st cycle starting in May 2019.
What is the INKOMPASS Program?
INKOMPASS is a personalized 2-cycle program that enables students to discover themselves through challenging projects, learn new skill sets, and grow their international network. It builds and enhances on their capabilities while exposes them to a strong corporate environment. INKOMPASS allows students to work directly with Senior Executives and develops practical real world skills that will help them to establish an international career.
Why is it structured in 2 cycles?
The 1st cycle gives them the opportunity to discover the different aspects of our company through hand-picked projects that will simultaneously help student establish both their goals and the company’s goals. The 2nd cycle allows them to experience a deeper dive into a specific department or functional area where they will utilize the skills and knowledge they gained from the 1st cycle. At the end of the 2nd cycle, students will be eligible to receive a full-time job offer from the company in a function that aligns with their interests!
